Manny Nepomuceno has been active in digital marketing since 2007, when he joined the CRM arm of a well-known advertising agency in Manila and discovered that brands can exist on the Web. Since then, he’s jumped agencies twice and gotten involved in some pretty strange projects as a freelancer. He hates being called a CRM/Web analytics/digital marketing expert, and instead prefers to be known as an enthusiast trying to make sense of things.
